Did the Disney Cruise like take away their Mediterranean cruise?

I was on Disney Magic’s Mediterranean Cruise (on the ship named Disney Magic” last June. I recall the same question was asked and one of the cruise guides on board gave told us that Disney’s first venture in the Mediterranean was getting such a big response that they plan to return but it’ll be after their two newest ships join the fleet in 2011.

We just came back from another cruise to Europe (we enjoyed our 1st Cruise to the Mediterranean so much last year), but we choose Princess Cruise Line. I was impressed with the Princess even more than Disney, although I’d take either one now in a heartbeat.

Both Cruise Line were very well organized from the pre-cruise hotel/transfers, on-board entertainment, shore excurisions, lecture series on each port (where to visit…where to shop or where not to shop). Princess food was really great….Disney’s food was good, but Princess was great.
